  3. I everyone! For the first time in 4 months, I lost weight this past week....too bad it was associated with a serious cold and I expect to gain it all back when I get my appetite back. Oh well, have no fears my blogging friends, I have called in reinforcement!

  4. Happy week 5 everyone. I had a small gain -- half a pound. I'm shooting for it (plus a bit more) to be gone next week.

  5. Not the greatest week. TOM is making me a ravenous beast and I've been eating everything in sight! I've figured out there is a lot of emotional stuff that's holding me back. I'm working through it, though. So here's to a better week this week.

  13. Hey all! Started my training for the Half-Ironman this week - updates in my blog.

On a weightloss note...I got a new work blouse for Christmas from my mom, size 12. On Christmas I couldn't even button it. Today I'm wearing it, and it's loose! I don't weight myself, and base weightloss on the way my clothes fit. I'm happy!

I've already tromped around the school yard. I'm on track and gunning for my goal of on plan days and 250 exercise minutes a week.

It was a fantastic week in fundamentals.

  28. I don't know what was wrong with me last week. Seemed Like I ate all week. And the scales show it too. They are up a couple of pounds. I am determined next week's weigh in will be a lower! I enjoyed reading everyone's comments today.

  29. Slogging through a full week at work, I haven't lost weight but haven't gained. And I have dragged my lunch for three weeks now, a major accomplishment for me. Best -- I have an intro meeting with a personal trainer on Friday!
