  2. Hello all! I Had a good week and lost 1.8 pounds. This brings me to a total of 24 pounds and I finally reached 10%!!!

  4. Last weigh in (Weds) I lost 2 pounds! I don't expect a good weigh in this week. I was a naughty girl on my camping trip. LOL But, oh, it was so much fun!

    I'm feeling really good for the first time in a long time. I completed a 5K on Sunday and had some pretty significant realizations while I did it.

  11. I was sick last week with a flu so didn't exercise as much as I like. But I am down 1 lb.
    This week will be much better!

  12. You are all so inspiring to me. I am getting off to a slow start, I'm afraid. I'm going through a transition right now since Hubby just retired. We're slowly getting a new routine going. I'm trying to get started exercising first thing of a morning so maybe I'll be energized for the day. I really enjoy yoga, but need some cardio badly too. I'll get there. Hope you all have a wonderful, successful week. :)

    I'm sure Scale Junkie will relate to this, but I hurt my back over the weekend and am struggling to stay on track since then. I found myself wandering over to the candy aisle at the drugstore last night when I was picking up my prescription for the muscle relaxers. I didn't buy the candy, but my resolve is wavering. I'm looking for comfort.

    While I know I won't really find it in food, old habits die hard and I'm trying to resist! I am not sure if I'll see a loss this week after last week's 5 lbs, so I'm jsut focused on getting through this pain and staying positive and good to myself.

    I am ok but not doing as much as I should...I know it is because I am going on vacation at the end of the week so I am being lazy. I am ok with it, I am maintaining just not losing this week and while on vacation so when I get back I can get back on track :)
