ReplyDeleteHad a great week. Lost 1.1 pounds this week for a total of 28.9 pounds. I did lots of walking (90,000 steps or 38 miles) this week, and will probably do lots more now that I have a treadmill.

I'm down a total of 45 pounds now and my new goal is 5 pounds this month. :) Baby steps!
ReplyDeleteDown 1lb this week and got in a couple good walk/jogs and a weight class.. hoping to lose 4 more lbs this month to bring me to a total of 30lb gone by May! Keep up the great work everyone and NEVER GIVE UP!!!

ReplyDeleteI stayed the same weight this week but have upped my outside running. I am doing a 5 week to a 5k program that I found on the computer. I'm hoping to drop out of the 200's this week.

I was down 2 lbs this week and am expecting at least another 1 lb at the scale this week. I recently took up Zumba classes (dancey Latin aerobics class!) and it's a blast. Burning tons of calories and having lots of fun.

Down 2 lbs this week which is excellent considering I haven't exercised at all. I've got company until Friday so my life is sort of upside down (they've been here since last week) but I'm still on plan and losing...

Down a pound after being sick all week. I was able to eat OK. I was just short of breath with occasional nausea. It was kind of weird.
