Down 0.4 for the week. I had a rough week, but am back on track now. I guess you have to experience the bad to appreciate the good. :)
Oops had a bit of a gain from this past weekend but I'm gonna get my butt up and moving and make sure the scale moves in the other direction this week.

Had a bump up this past week due to Time of the Month. I've alternated cardio days with weight lifting. We'll see what the scale says in the morning.

Seriously .... life is full and exciting as we go into the last few days before flying from Auckland New Zealand to San Fransisco to begin our 5 week adventure in USA
I have been really bad at eating and have not been working out. But yesterday marks my first day back at climbing onto my elliptical! I'm hoping this week is a better one!
I'm down 1 pound this week. Slow and steady wins the race!
Last Weds I was down .8 which is ok because I really expected a gain. 47 pounds lost now! I weigh in tomorrow and will post results. Can't wait. Hope it's a good number. I'm so close to getting to Onederland!
Exercising regularly with walking and EA Sports Active for Wii. Also trying to incorporate weight training.
A loss, a loss! I finally made it work for me! Good girl!
I lost 3 lbs. I am mostly on track but having trouble making good choices within my calorie range. I find myself eating more sandwiches and less salads. I am working with it for now, but need to get out of my mental rut!
I was doing really well and feeling great and then vacation happened. While I had a wonderful time and made decent choices, it kind of put me in a vacation mindset when I came home that I am having a hard time shaking. Hoping that this week my focus will return and I'm aiming to lose 2 lbs this week. I want to get back below 200 this week!
Down 2.2 this week. Being sick worked in my favor in one element of my life. Hope everyone has a good week!
Still plateauing...any suggestions?
I had a really rough couple of weeks of emotional eating. I'm so frustrated over my knee injury that I turned to food for comfort. *sigh* I ended up gaining 6.2 pounds over the two weeks since my last WW meeting. *double sigh* Oh well, I've picked myself up and dusted myself off and got back on track.
I missed last week's check in because I was away for almost 2 weeks. Since the last check in I've lost weight, then gained (10 lbs!), and now lost again. Back on the healthy track.
I'm new to the HYC! I look forward to getting to know you.

I made it to the gym yesterday and will make it again today. Only one pound lost this week, but I will work a little harder on it this week :)
