Healthy You Challenge Check In Week 46, 2009

Happy week 46 check in! I hope you're all having a great week. I've already heard a few rumors that some of you are already decorating for the Christmas holiday. I won't name names :-) 

I have another very busy week coming up but I'll try to blog when I can and catch up with all of you when I can. Have a great week!

  1. I'm happy to report that I've kicked the Benadryl habit, my hives are clearing up but have left some nasty scars on my left shin. Its still healing and its such a SLOW process, if I don't shave my leg soon I'll have to move to a country where women don't shave their legs.

  4. I was feeling sluggish and indifferent last week and was most of today as well. Then, I did an amazing thing. I took care of myself. Gratitude list, meditation, reading and commenting on all my favorite blogs, went to the gym, ate healthy, tracked my activity and food for the day. Now I feel fab. AND it's PMS time again....NO CRAZIES. :) Yeah!

  5. I'm here! I have been doing my Christmas decorating... and have a Cookie Exchange coming up this weekend, too! I find myself pretty tired tonight, although, I'm not entirely sure why! Somehow I managed to convince myself and my husband that buying a big tin of Quality Street chocolates was a good idea... Umm. NO, it's not! What was I thinking?

  6. Need to rename my blog involving something with "Cranky Pants" in the title. :-P The only year I decorated before Thanksgiving was the year when we knew our son would be getting admitted to the hospital the first week of December.

  7. I'm afraid I'm anti Christmas anything until at least December!! I just think starting too early makes Christmas last way too long and takes all the good out of it but hey each to their own right!

    On other matters I am still diet coke and chocolate free and I've been doing pretty ok otherwise the last couple of weeks including a 2.5lb loss last week. Here's to more of that please! Have a good week everyone!!!

  10. I haven't decorated but I am 90% finished with all of my holiday gift shopping!! :)

    Nope, not ready yet because we're still busy making Pilgrims & fall decorations for Thanksgiving.

  11. My husband told me I couldn't decorate until December but I might just pull some stuff out . . .

    I got in a fight with Mister Linky and accidentally got jumped to last weeks linky so now my name is on there twice! :S

    Other than my lack of computer skills, I am doing great and broke into a new scale decade this week and have to update my HYC sticker to 25% gone!!!!

  12. Well, I haven't checked-in for a few too many weeks now...things have gotten too busy for me, but getting much more manageable for now. I am still working on doing good, I haven't gained in the last 2 months, but I haven't lost either...I am getting back into the workout groove now though, so that is good.

    I've had a great week eating and exercise-wise after a few weeks of feeling pretty 'off'. I somehow managed not to gain during Halloween season candy snarfing and am setting my sights on being out of my 16s (and out of plus sizes) before going home for the holidays. 8 pounds until then!
