Hi everyone and welcome to another week! I hope everything is wonderful in your world. I'm on plan and feeling great!! I've set some goals for the week and I'm going to see them through and set more for next week. So what is one positive change you can make in your world this week to help you towards your goal? Do you need to drink more water, eat more fruits and veggies, track your calories, increase the intensity of your workout, add something new to your workout? Whats YOUR goal?

  3. Things are going pretty well here. I'm on week 8 of Couch to 5K. yeah! I'm also signing up for Galloway Training Team to train for a half marathon this fall. It's scary but I really want to try.

I'm down to 194 pounds for a total of 56 pounds lost. *high five*

Just settling in to a lifestyle of healthy eating and lots of exercise.

  6. I've been doing great. I was hoping to break the 20 lb. barrier on my wednesday-weigh-in. But I have not been as disciplined in my eating this week so that may not happen. I think I need to get back to eating more fruits and vegetables this week. That will be my goal.

  9. Hi, I am a first time visitor and when searching for blogs on healthier lifestyles yours was the first place that was exactly what I was looking for. I read a few posts and then went over and started my own blog. I look forward to following your blog and becoming a part of a new support system. My goal for this week is to confront the actual need to change my life.

  10. Let's see...a little weight lost plus half an inch off of my waist this week, even though my eating has been truly awful.

Goals for the next 10 weeks:
    1. Add 30 minute walk with the Pug every weekday morning
    2. Work with my eating disorder specialist to start to address the root causes of my binge eating
    3. Re-plant my veggie garden for Spring
