Healthy You Challenge Check In Week 35, 2010

Hi everyone quick post busy day for me. Last week of August and we're about to start the last quarter of 2010. Four months is a good amount of time, lets make the most of every day and not get caught up in the holidaze mentality its a holiDAY not HoliWEEK or HoliMONTH. So with that in mind, lets finish the last quarter of the year strong! Share your advice for staying on track through the last part of the year.

  1. I'm about to start back up at school at the end of September, which means I'll be out and about during the afternoons and evenings, so I'll be eating at home less. I bought myself a lunchbox so that I'll be more likely to pack a healthy lunch and stay on track. Now that I've got it, I won't want to let it go to waste! That's my little thing to stay on track during the last few months of the year. :)

  2. I need to work on being consistent.

  3. Good morning everyone! Hope you're all having an excellent "on program" week. My first weigh-in at WW went great last Thursday - I lost nine pounds! I was SO happy! The only advice I can give for staying on track this time of year is to write down EVERY SINGLE BLT (bites, licks, and tastes) and drink at least 64 ounces of water each day. That's what has helped me the most. :)

  4. Good morning! I am struggling with some gains due to stress and emotional eating. Ugh.

I hope everyone has a great week!

  5. After a slightly disappointing (although explainable/understandable) gain, I have officially hit the 15lbs lost mark! Watching myself "shrink" is pretty darned good motivation to keep me going. :)

  6. I'm late to the check in. Not unusual for me lately.
Down 1 pound this week, but feeling very motivated to step it up and lose some more.
The holidays won't be a big problem for me because I'm working them this year. That cuts down on my exposure to all the holiday food, partying and whatnot. Sad sorta, but good for my waistline!

  7. I haven't gone off track since I started in October but I don't really know why. I do tend to use a lot of self-discipline when I'm short on motivation and willpower and I think that helps. The most important thing is to not beat yourself up if you feel you've failed and to keep moving forward.

  8. Hi, I am not a member, but I'm thinking about it. I used to be...I think. Anyway, I read you and I linked to you and tagged you over in my blog. I tagged you to answer 8 questions if you've got the time. I thought it was fun.
