I'm With Fatty

I was asked if I wanted read the new memoir by Ed Ugel called I'm With Fatty (on sale August 24th) (yes I was mailed a free copy by Ed's publicity team) Ed will be on the Today show in the 8am hour on August 23rd and I hope you join me and tune in or at least DVR. I'm only half way thru the book but so far I can relate to so much of what he says, I've found myself saying I've blogged about that or felt that or know someone who has. For now all I'll say is look past the cover art of the book, beauty is more than skin deep and his story is worth reading if you've ever struggled with getting on track and losing weight.
